Dennis Bigham and Bob Buvyer have combined their experience, their talents and their expertise under the umbrella of Sunstar Ventures Ltd. for the past 15 years. They have been involved in numerous multi-family building projects in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Dennis operates Sunco (founded 1983), a diversified contracting company, involved in institutional, industrial and commercial applications of drywall, stucco, insulation and steel studding with offices in Kelowna, Calgary and Surrey. The Company was recently awarded the prestigious Canadian Project of the Year award for its work on the Guildford Multipurpose Facility and Library Renovation in Surrey, BC.

Bob has been a realtor for almost 36 years working primarily in commercial industrial mortgage brokerage. He specializes in forming syndications of builders and mortgage funds engaged in the development of multi family projects.
